My CrossFit did a Paleo challenge back in February. Essentially the Paleo lifestyle (I loathe the word “diet”) is eating like our cave people ancestors. So no dairy, grain, processed foods, processed sugars or legumes. The cheese lover in me had a mild heart attack but I decided to give it a go. 5 weeks later I’d lost 5.5% body fat and 9 inches so I decided maybe there was something to this. But seeing how I never met an ice cream I didn’t like, I did want to at least find a replacement. And now I have! And it’s awesome. It’s made with coconut milk, so non-dairy, and while it does have cane sugar, well, a girl needs to live a little. Try it. You won’t be sorry!
